- I don't have an electronic version of my logo, can you help?
Certainly! We can recreate your existing logo for a fraction of the price of a new one. Whether you have a hardcopy, photo, or printed on a t-shirt, we can recreate an electronic version of it so you can use it for other print collateral.

- I have an image I purchased from a stock photo company, can you use it?
Most stock photo companies prohibit the use of any image or illustration in a logo. We advise you to read the stock photo company's terms of usage for your license and see if it allows you to use their image as a logo. If you are unsure from the terms, call them directly. These type of companies will fine you if you are out of the terms of their agreement.

- Do you include stock photos in your designs?
You are presented with a draft of the design for your print collateral in which we use "comp" photos from a stock photo company. If you like the photo, you will need to purchase a license to include it on your print material. We do have several resources for stock photos that are reasonably priced. You are also free to use a photo you have taken or already have in your personal collection, as long as you have a license to use them.

- I need a logo, what is the process of development?
Within our new identity and branding package, we offer you an initial 10 draft designs for your review. From there you are also able to make unlimited revisions to your logo. We want to ensure you are happy and satisfied with your end product because this will become the branding of your company. Please also refer to the logo process section of our website.

- I need a postcard created fast! How soon can you do it?
We work hard to meet our client deadlines and goals but we also want to be realistic and produce a quality product for you. On most occasions, we can provide you with a quick turnaround for the design process however, finding a commercial printer who can print your design quickly may pose a challenge.

- How long does it take for a website to be complete?
It really depends on the type of website you are developing. More complex sites often can take between 1-3 months where simplier sites can take 3-4 weeks. If you have the content and images you want to use ready, it will expedite the process. If however, these items are not ready during development, it impacts the date of completion.

- I don't know much about the internet, what is the process of developing a website?
If your knowledge of the internet is limited, that is not a problem. Most of our clients have little to no experience in how the internet works or how a website is put together. Throughout the development process, we help to educate you so you feel comfortable with what is going on. You are free to ask as many questions as you can think of and our explanations are simiple and easy to understand.

- I want an ecommerce website, can you setup all my products?
Yes, we can! When we develop an ecommerce store, we can set your store up so when its done, all you do is get ready to receive orders. Some companies, have you enter your products, but we offer a full service store setup. eCommerce training is also a part of our packages as well as free access to all our online video tutorials on our shopping cart system.

- What kind of help can I get after my website is complete?
We establish long-term relationships with our clients. When your website is complete we are still here to assist you in maintenance or answer "how-to" questions you may have. We are quick in responding back to you via email or through our forum. You may access our resources section of our website to view free online video tutorials and procedures. Just remember, once your website is complete we are always available to assist you in any way you need.

- What makes you different from all the other web designers out there?
We are different because we provide you with a well-rounded solution in web development. Our developers also possess creative skills as well as the technological means to develop your website. We do not source out any portion of development, everything is done inhouse and that is a cost savings for you. - I want to create a website myself. Can you train me how to do that?
Yes! We offer small onsite classes that take you from the very basics of web design to more advanced development. You will also be able to receive one-on-one support from our office throughout building your website. We guarantee that you will be able to get a website up and running because we work along side of you to assist you with any quesitons along the way. Our onsite classes are held once every few months, be sure to check our class schedule for a list of topics and dates.
