Once the web terms and agreement has been completed and approved by you and we receive the initial deposit, the website design process begins.

The first step is the creative design process in which we will create the initial draft design of your website. We will email you a pdf version of the draft for your initial review. At this time, you are free to make any changes you would like to the design or you may even request an entire new design concept.

When the design has been approved, we will begin the coding process of your website. Creative Media Web will setup the hosting and temporary development environment for your website. The development process can take up to 2 weeks to complete, depending on the complexity of your website.

If your website is an ecommerce site, we will start entering products and setting up your online storefront. You will then need to begin the final review of your website ensuring all functionality and design are in place as you like them.

The final step is to educate you on how to maintain your website, if applicable. For content management system websites, we provide a 1 hour training session on how to do maintenance on your website. As long as you are our clients, you will receive email support, free online video tutorials, and access to our open help forum. We try and provide as many avenues of keeping your questions, answered!
